Anxiety is a very natural human emotion and is at times very necessary for survival. It can stop
you from taking unnecessary risks and alert you to situations that may be detrimental to you. We
all need to feel anxious on times.
The flip side of feeling anxious is that it can prevent you from doing the things in life that
you want to and for no apparent reason. Often we don’t know why we feel anxious but we get
physical symptoms such as a racing heart, feeling jittery a strange feeling in the pit of our
stomach and even panic attacks. It can even affect the quality of our sleep.
It is often characterised by fear and worry about what may happen and it can be very
debilitating. It may prevent you from doing things that are outside your comfort zone.

It’s important to be able to take control over your anxiety, let go of any unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours and take charge of your life. Enabling you to have a more fulfilled life. Together we can talk about the things that are causing you to feel anxious and using a variety of techniques you will be able to take control of your emotions and free yourself from the debilitating side of anxiety.
The number of sessions will depend on what you need help with and the speed of your progress, each person will be different, and after our first meeting I will tailor a programme specifically for you. We can work together for as long as you need to you, until you get to where you want to be.
I see my clients on average for 4-6 Sessions, this depends on the individual needs of the
client. I find that a weekly session works well but I can be flexible. I also use NLP techniques
in many of my sessions.
