Being deprived of good quality sleep is so debilitating and can leave us feeling absolutely
exhausted. It can send us into a downward spiral, drinking coffee and caffeine drinks to stay
awake when we need to and feeling on edge during the day.
Sleep is an essential function that allows your body and mind to recharge, leaving you refreshed
and alert when you wake up. Healthy sleep also helps the body remain healthy and stave off
diseases.
Together we can get to the root cause of why you’re not sleeping well, these may be due to
anxiety or chronic pain that keeps you awake. We can also techniques to help you relax and clear
your mind of unwanted thoughts that stop you from switching off.
The number of sessions will depend on what you need help with and the speed of your progress, each person will be different, and after our first meeting I will tailor a programme specifically for you. We can work together for as long as you need to you, until you get to where you want to be.
I see my clients on average for 4-6 Sessions, this depends on the individual needs of the
client. I find that a weekly session works well but I can be flexible. I also use NLP techniques
in many of my sessions.
