Stress can affect us all. We have busy lives, juggling family, work and other commitments. Sometimes, just being able to take a breather and think about how you can fit all of these things into your life more efficiently can make all the difference.

It’s often the way in which we respond to situations that causes us to feel stress and not the situation itself and together we can look at different ways to manage these feelings.

I will help you learn to relax and give you skills that you can draw on when you’re faced with stressful situations. These skills will help you to manage your stress more effectively and gain control of your life in a natural way.


How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions will depend on what you need help with and the speed of your progress, each person will be different, and after our first meeting I will tailor a programme specifically for you. We can work together for as long as you need to you, until you get to where you want to be.


How much does hypnotherapy cost?

I see my clients on average for 4-6 Sessions, this depends on the individual needs of the client. I find that a weekly session works well but I can be flexible. I also use NLP techniques in many of my sessions.

4-6 session programme: £200-£300
